Wouldnt you like to live a healthier lifestyle and be more mentally and physically fit?

I started regularly juicing about a few years ago, while I was managing a tech start up. My schedule was extremely hetic and I ran on only a few hours a sleep daily. I was becoming mentally and physically drained. I needed something to get my energy and focus back up. A girl I was dating at the time introduced me to juicing. The first week of juicing I noticed a change. I begin to become more mentally sharp. My focus level was increasing at a fast rate. Below is a list of some of the benefits of juicing.

Juicing is the best way to get a abundance of nutrients the body neeeds to stay healthy. Fresh juices contain vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients.
